摘要
分析了以立式电机带动上下两配重旋转而产生振动的干燥机的振动原理,讨论了产生振动流化的条件,并利用计算机数值分析方法对三维振动状态下物料的运动轨迹问题进行了探索性研究,计算结果与实际工况基本相符。
Theoretical analysis on the vibration of a VFB dryer which is driven by a vertical motor with two eccentric masses is carried out.The condition producing vibro-fluidization is discussed.The particulate material movement path under triple vibration has been solved initially by computer numerical calculation.Analysis conclusion is in conformity with prac- tice.
