模型综合理论在机床传动误差补偿中的应用

摘要 提出了预报机床传动误差规律的模型综合理论,以 Y38-Ⅰ型滚齿机为例介绍这一理论在机床误差补偿中的应用。其步骤为:首先分别建立机床长、短周期动态传动误差的时序模型,然后根据自动控制理论由模型预报出机床的长、短周期误差变化规律,最后利用机床误差的叠加性获得总的误差规律。试验结果表明,模型综合理论的应用是预报长传动链机床传动误差规律的良好方法。 Model synthesis theory to predict the rule of transmission error of machine tools is provided.Hobbing machine Y38-I is used as a sample to introduce the application of model synthesis theory on transmission error compensation of machine tool.First,time-series mod- els of long and short period dynamatic transmission errors of machine tool are developed re- spectively.Then,the variation rule of long and short period errors of machine is predicted from the models according to automatic control theory,finally using error adding,the general error rule is obtained.The test result shows that model synthesis theory is a good method to predict rules of transmission error of machine tool with long transmission train.
