摘要
研究发现蒜薹贮藏期病害主要是二种:由灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea Pers.)引起的灰霉病和由匐柄霉[Stemphylium botryosum Wallr.(st.perf.=Pleospora herbarum(Fr.)Rabenh.)]引起的黑斑病,造成大量的软腐和霉烂。本文首次描述了贮藏条件、发病过程和病原菌鉴定。
Two main storage diseases of garlic sprout,grey mold caused by Botrytis cinerea Pers.and black spot caused by Stemphylium botryosum Wallr.[st.perf.=Pleospora herbarum(Fr.)Rabenh.].were identified.Those two diseases seriously affected the storage of garlic sprouts and caused a great of rot and mold.B.cinerea and S.botryosum infect garlic sprouts have not been hitherto reported.
