咪唑啉酮类除草剂普杀特浓度高于10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)时强烈抑制大蒜根系的生长。亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸的同时存在可以保护大蒜根系免受这种除草剂的危害。普杀特对大蒜根尖细胞分裂的影响是间接的。它实际上是抑制了间期 DNA 的复制而阻止了细胞分裂的启动。
Imazethapyr,an imidazolinone herbicide,at a concentration higher than 10^(-5) mol·L^(-1)inhibits strongly the growth of garlic roots.The presence of leucine,isoleucine and valine together in the culture medium can prevent these roots from herbicidal injury.I- mazethapyr affects indirectly the cell division of garlic root meristems by inhibiting the DNA replication at interphase,leading finally to the cease of root growth.
