摘要
对3个生菜品种的生长规律、叶球形成及品质变化的研究表明:生菜结球前生长缓慢,结球期生长迅速,特别在收获前9天内的生长量占整个叶球重的36%~61%;生菜结球期约24~30天;叶球膨大期间含水量有增加,VC 含量呈下降趋势,而粗纤维含量增加,外叶 VC 含量高于球叶,球叶 VC 含量向内逐渐下降,最外层和心叶粗纤维含量低。
Three cuhivars of cabbage lettuce were analysed for their growth laws.leaf head formation and changes of quality during their growth.Before the beginning of head for- mation,growth of lettuce was slow.and growth was rapid after the beginning of head forma- tion,growth weight of leaf head during 9 days before harvest was 36%~61% of the total amount of leaf head.Heading stage needed about 24~30 days.Water percentage of leaf head increased,VC decreased and crude fibre increased with leaf head growing.VC percentage de- creased with being close to inside leaves.Crude fibre percentage of the inside and outside head leaves was less than other leaves.
