从17世纪茶叶开发至今,市场上已有各式各样的茶饮料,大致可分为3类,分别是西方人常喝的红茶,红茶是经过完全加工或完全发酵处理而成;另一种是亚洲人熟识、经半发酵的乌龙茶;最后一种是不经发酵的绿茶。
People in Japan, Europe and North America currently enjoy ready-to-drink green tea. Food scientists, on the other hand, are looking for new ways to improve flavor quality of ready-made tea by protecting some compounds from being destroyed during processing. Here we introduce the production and the market trends of bottled and canned green tea.
