摘要
对辽宁绒山羊山羊绒品质,包括不同年龄、性别山羊的细度、伸直长度、强度和伸度4个主要指标进行测定,估测绒层厚度、产绒量、体重、细度4个主要经济性状的遗传参数、表型相关和遗传相关。结合育种实践提出在生产中的选择指数。
The physical characteristics of down from Liaoning Cashmere goat was test- ed.Fibre diameter,fibre length,strenth and elongation of down of 13 bucks aged 1 yr.aver- age 14.53μm,6.81 cm,3.12 g and 37.18% resp.The four characteristics of 10 does 1 yr.av- erage 15.07μm,7.29 cm.3.64 g and 37.41% resp.The four characteristics of 5 bucks aged 2 yr.average 16.11μm,0.91cm.4.01 g and38.58% resp.The four characteristics of 10 dose aged 2 yr.average 15.99μm,7.90 cm,3.93g and 37.20% resp.The four characteristics of 7 adult bucks average 18.25μm,11.19 cm,5.10 g and 38.04% resp.The four characteristics of 9 adult does average 17.27μm,8.45 cm,5.17 g and 39.15% resp.The data used for estimating genetic parameter were obtained from 11 bucksoeoffspring.The heritability of down staple length is 0.0948,down weight 0.1994,body weight 0.1925 and down diameter 0.1178.The ge- netic correlation of down weight with body weight and down diameter are 0.8216 and 0.8648 resp.The genetic correlation between body weight and down diameter is-0.8386. It is suggested that the methods as follows be used in production. Selection index I_5=0.0172×Down weight+1.3518×Body weight -2.8505×Down diameter
