土施多效唑对‘富士’苹果果实品质及贮藏特性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Soil Application of PP333 on Fruit Quality and Storage Characteristic of Fuji Apple

摘要 对6年生‘富士’苹果秋季技展下土施20 g(15%)多效唑,其果皮、果肉、果心各部中N,P,K,Ca,Mg,B,Mn 含量均比对照增加5.8%~57.8%(除果心部 N 含量降低6%);果肉中脯氨酸、蛋氨酸、丙氨酸和天门冬氨酸含量也显著增加。无论是刚采收的或是经5个月普通冷藏后的,其硬度、可滴定酸、总糖、可溶性固形物、蔗糖均显著高于对照。对果实采后的贮藏特性观察表明,处理果的耐藏性和抗逆性明显增强。 Soil applying 20g 15% wettable paclobutrazol(PP333)to 6-year-old ‘fuji’apple tree in autumn,compared apple,nutrient elements(N,P,K,Ca,Mg,B, Mn)concentration in fruit peel,fleshand core were all increased by 5.8%~57.8%, except N Concentration in core decreasing by 6%.Amino acids in treated fruit were increased,especially for proline,methionine,sucrose,and alanine.Firmness, soluble solids,total sugar content,sucrose,and titra-table acid content in treated fruits were 88.34N,15.30%,13.73%,4.32%and 0.225%while ripening,after 5 months storage,those were 79.88N,14.47%,14.18%,2.795and 0.141%,respeetively,which were all significantly higher than those of untreated fruits. ‘Fuji’apple has good keeping-quality for storage and longer shel life.Soil applying PP333 could further increase the fruit's keeping-quality for storage, and decrease the rate of peel-shinkage and lengthen shelf life,but it couldn't inhabit weight loss of fruit at shelf time.Cell membrane conductivity was sig- nificantly(1% level)lower than that of untreated fruit after 5 months sto- rage,and relative conductivity of its flesh cell was 38.32%,while the relative conductivities of untreated fruit and peel-shrinkage fruit were 44.47% and 47.98%,respectively.Changes of ethylene-releasing amount and firmess of trea- ted fruit to freezing injury were all less than those of untreated that PP333 treatment could increase fruit resistance to stress condition.
