摘要
研究了16个柑桔类品种对枳砧的亲和效应。结果表明:柑桔类不同品种及同一种群内不同品种对枳砧亲和力与其果实含酸量成正相关,与其果实含糖量及糖/酸比成负相关。亲和良好型砧木较接穗增粗率是亲和中等型的0.53～0.35倍、是亲和力差的0.5～0.23倍;而树体生长量是亲和力差的1.49倍;每平方米营养面积产量是亲和力差的2.38倍,且主侧根发育明显优于亲和力差型;解剖结构上,亲和良好型在砧穗维管束间形成维管束桥,而亲和力差者未见维管束连通。不亲和型砧穗接合部位异常膨大,且其上有许多深裂纹。对嫁接亲和性机理问题进行了讨论。
Sixteen cultivars of Citrus were grafted on Poncirus trifoliata and have been observed on morphology,anatomy,growth,yield and quality of fruit for nine years in order to study the graft compatibility.The results show that the affinities,in the varieties of Citrus for Poncirus trifoliata and in the different cultivars of a species for P.trifoliata,are a positive relation to the acid content in its fruit,but the affinities,which appear in the varieties of Citrus to P.trifoliata and in the different cultivars of a species to P.trifoliata,are a negative relation to the sugar content and sugar/acid in its fruit. The results of morphological observation show that the thickening ratio of the good graft union of affinity(that is the thickening ratio=(the circumfer ence of the stock-the circumference of the scion)/the circumference of the stock,is below 10%,then,the middle graft union of affinity is 19%～29%,and the bad graft union of affinity is 20%～44%,the incompatible graft union swells unusttally and there are many deep gaps on the graft union.Consequently,the yield of the tree of the bad graft union is only 67% of the good graft union and 42% as the good graft union in the gross production of the photosynthetic area per square meter.The growth of the main root and lateral root of the good graft union are superior to the bad graft union.The results of anatomy observation show that there appears the vascular bridge tbeween the vascular bundles of the stock and scion in the good graft union rather than the bad graft union.The problems related to the mechanism of the graft compatibility should be discussed.
