培福朗(iminoctadine triacetate)在苹果和土壤中的残留及消解动态的测定 被引量:1

摘要 用带荧光检测器及柱后衍生化装置的高压液相色谱仪测定了培福朗(iminoctadinctriacetate)在苹果和土壤中的残留及苹果中的消解动态。两年的试验结果表明,培福朗在苹果中的消解速度是较缓慢的,培福朗在苹果中的半衰期为7天。在整个苹果生长期,使用培福朗1000μg/g,500μg/g 和250μg/g 涂抹两次,喷雾一次,最后一次施药距采收间隔期为22~192天,培福朗在苹果和土壤中的残留量均低于最小检出限量。 HPLC equipped with fluorescence detector and post-column sys- tem was used to measure residue and degragation of iminoctadine triacetate in apple and soil.The experimental results of two years in two places show:the degradation speed of iminoctadine triacetate in apple were relative slow.The halftime of iminoctadine triacetate in apple were 7 days.When 1000μg/g,500 μg/g and 250μg/g iminoctadine triacetate were applide one time and were baubed two times during the whole growing period of the fruit and the pre-harvest interval of the last application were 22~192 days,the residue of iminoctadine triacetate in apple and soil there was no iminoctadine triacetate to be detected by the harvest time.
