摘要
本文以宁夏西吉县黄家二岔小流域治理的资料为基础,对小流域治理规划中应用多目标数学规划方法时遇到的权系数确定、量纲处理、目标函数归一化等问题进行了探讨,提出了解决上述问题的方法.
How to determine the coefficent weight,dimension treatment and standardized objective function is faced in the application of multi-objective planning for small watershed control planning. These problems are solved by different methods by using data from Huangjiaercha small watershed control.
