摘要
洋白蜡(Fraxinus pennsylvanica Var.)种子中存在ABA等内源抑制物,其对离体胚发芽时的呼吸速率、呼吸途径以及细胞色素氧化酶和6-P-葡萄糖脱氢酶的活性都有一定的影响,但影响程度和作用方式与外源ABA有很大的差别.外源ABA处理的胚具有抗氰呼吸,而内源抑制物处理的胚不具抗氰呼吸.外源ABA和内源抑制物二者不同程度地改变了洋白蜡离体胚的糖酵解——三羧酸循环和磷酸戊糖途径的比例,ABA则较大地诱导了磷酸戊糖途径.这种影响呼吸作用的明显差异表明内源抑制物质与外源ABA在作用方式上存在差别;同时也表明洋白蜡种子的休眠是多种抑制物质(包括内源ABA)的综合效应.
Respiration metabolism of isolated embryos of ash seed can be influenced by both ABA and enbogenous inhibitors (including endogenous ABA). ABA induced cyanide-resistent respiration of embryos, but endogenous inhibitors did not. Both of them can change the proportion of pathway of EMP-TCA and PP of embryos, while ABA obviously induced PP pathway of the embryos. Although the endogenous inhibitors contained endogenous ABA, the action pattern was different between them. It suggests that the endogenous ABA was not an important factor for the ash seeds' dormancy. Other substances may play a major role in ash seeds dormancy.
