摘要
通过试验测算和数据分析,对导电复合陶瓷的电加工性能进行了研究,并在加工机理上提出了热应力剥蚀作用和电火花加工积屑瘤等新见解,对各脉冲参数(脉冲能量、脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔)、电极极性、电极材料和介质状态等对加工效率和加工表面质量的影响规律进行了分析和探讨。
Aims to study on the electro-machinability of conductive composite ceramics and, by experiments and analyses, to correlate various process-parameters with the machining efficiency and quality. A removal mechanism of electro-thermal stress stalling and electro - discharge built -up of materials resulting from the stalling were newly identified and discussed.
