摘要
本研究采用蒸馏法对CODcr高达10000mg/1以上的化妆品废水进行处理.添加12g/1经研制的反应荆SG,反应15min后离心,将离心液进行蒸馏.蒸馏的出水中CODcr为60.8mg/1,BOD_5为22.0mg/1,pH为7.蒸馏的出水可继续在生产中作为清洗水使用.
A distillation method has been developed for the treatment of cosmetic wastewater. The method consists of reflexing the wastewater with 12g/1 of a self-made reactant SG, for 15 minutes. The resulting liquid, after being centri-fuged, is subjected to simple distillation. The CODcr of the effluent from the distillation decreases from 10,000mg/l to 60mg/l; the BOD5 being 22mg/l with a pH 7. The effluent can be reused as washing water in the cosmetic plant.
