三氯苯生产残渣中PCDDs和PCDFs的分析 被引量:13

ANALYSIS OF PCDDs AND PCDFs IN SOLID WASTES FROM PRODUCTION OF TRICHLOROBENZENES

摘要 采用HPLC和GC/MS,对我国采用热解六六六法生产三氯苯的废物中PCDDs和PCDFs进行了分析.残渣溶于苯,样品液转移至装有碱性Al_2O_3并已用正己烷顶淋洗过的层板柱中,依次用3%,50%(V/V)二氯甲烷之己烷液淋洗.PCDDDs和PCDFs于50%二氯甲烷液中流出,收集并浓缩后用HPLC法测定其中的OCDD和OCDF,用GC/MS法测定其余的PCDDs和PCDFs。样品中检出了四至八氯取代的CDDs和五至八氯取代的CDFs,其量约占样品重量的10%,含量之高实属少见.基于条件的限制,未能对剧毒的2,3,7,8-TCDD进行单独测定. HPLC and GC/MS have been used for the analysis of PCDDs and PCDFs in solid wastes from production of trichlorobenzenes. The waste sample was dissolved in benzene and a part of the solution was transferred onto e column packed with basic alumina prewashed with n-hexane. The column was first eluted with 3% methylene chloride in hexane and then eluted with 50% me-thy ene chloride in hexane. The second eluate was shown to contain all of the PCDDs and PCDFs. After collection and concentration,the OCDD and OCDF were analyzed by HPLC and other CDDs and CDFs were analyzed by GC/ MS. Results indicated that significant levels of tetra-, penta-, hexa-, hepta-and octa-CDDs and penta-, hexa-, hepta- and octa-CDFs, which amounted to about 1 per cent of the sample weight were present in the wastes.
