摘要
以水泥、硅灰石、珍珠岩、粉煤灰等材料 ,辅以多种外加剂 ,研制出了 2 8d抗压强度为 1 6MPa ,导热系数为 0 17w m .K的煤矿深井巷道隔热材料 ,该材料具有较小的体积密度 ,较好的耐水性和抗干湿循环能力。SEM显微形貌表明 ,该材料孔隙均匀 ,实际工程应用结果表明 ,该材料隔热效果良好。
Using cement,aedelforsite,perlite,fly ash and lots of admixtures,the authors make a kind of adiabatic material that its pressure stength reachs to 1 6MPa in 28d and its thermal conduction coefficient is 0 17 w/m.k.The material can be used in the deep mine lanewall.Moreover,the material has some properits such as samall density,better resistance to water and endurance to alternate wetting and drying.The practical used results express that the adiabatic effect of material is very well.
