摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜分析了成熟雌性大腹圆蛛牵引丝、内外层包卵丝和蛛网框丝以及未成熟大腹圆蛛、幼蛛、Nephlia幼蛛牵引丝的形态结构特征。研究了离子刻蚀后不同成熟度蜘蛛牵引丝的形态特征 ,表明蜘蛛的成熟程度与其结构间存在着密切的关系。
We examined the configurations of six spider siks with SEM,which were dragline silks,inner and outer egg\|case silks,frame silks of female mature Araneus Ventricosus spiders,dragline silks from Nephlia.Clavipes children,immature Araneus Ventricosus and their children,The computer image manipulation was used to measure the dimensions of these silks and the distributing of holes within nms of outer egg\|case silks.The configurations of ion sculputred dragline silks from spiders with different maturity indicated that there was highly connection between maturity and structure of a spider.
