摘要
对砖混结构旧房屋要求设计加层的地基承载力问题进行分析。针对此种加层工程地基经长期压密,承载力提高的特点,提出了该地基承载力提高值的计算公式,并指出应注意的问题。该方法安全可靠,经济效益显著。
The foundation's bearing capacity of the additional storeys of old brick-concrete composite buildings is discussed. In view of the old building's foundation of these engineerings of additional storeys having been pressured for a long time ,and the soil bearing capacity having been greatly increased,this paper has introduced calculation formula of the incremental value of its foundation's bearing capacity. Besides, it has pointed out some problems to he considered.Practice has been proved that these methods are safer installation and it is built with good economical results.
