摘要
为了对产品进行可靠性分析,提出了FMECA(故障模式、影响和危害度分析)与FTA(故障树分析)综合分析方法。首先进行最低级产品的FMECA,并输入计算机。利用矩阵法,上面级别产品的FMECA可以由计算机自动进行。按FMECA输出,可选择FT的不同顶事件,据此对通用FT进行剪枝、添叶以形成一颗特定的FT.其底事件可通过检索FMECA表得到,以便计算特定FT顶事件发生概率。 按上述原则编写了FMECA与FTA综合软件包(CACAFF)。通过几个应用实例证明,它是进行定性定量可靠性分析的有力工具。可节省大量的人力和时间。
The integrated FMECA and FTA method presented in this paper is used to transform the system reliability block diagram required to conduct FMECA to an equivalent generalized fault tree(FT) and input into computer.In order to conduct the product's reliability analysis,we perform the FMECA of lowest level products,input them into computer.Using matrix method,the FMECA of higher level products can be conducted automatically.Based on the various top events selected from the output of FMECA,the generalized FT can be turned into different specified FTs for automatic analysis.Also based on the top event,the base events and related data of that specified FT are obtained from FMECA retrieved by computer.Following the principle described above,the integrated FMECA and FTA software package(CACAFF) was developed.The qualitative and quantitative reliability analysis then can be conducted.Through some practical applications,it is proved that this software package is a powerful reliability anslysis tool.It can save large amount of analysis time and manpower.
