摘要
建立了柱塞式化油器主供油系供油特性的数学模型,并进行改变结构参数时对空燃比影响的模拟计算,比纯试验方法可节省大量劳力,其结果对给定的零件加工质量控制范围提供了修正依据,并在北京化油器厂的产品检验中得到了验证。
Mathematic model for obtaining the performance of fuelling system of carburettor was established.Simulated calculation for obtaining the effects of changing structure parameters on air-fule ratio was proceeded.A large amount of saving of labour was obtained as compared with the experimental method.Results from the simulation will be able to provide the data for revising the margin tolerance of the parts maching.A proof test was proceeded through the prouducts exmamination at the Beijing Carburetter Plant.
