摘要
介绍了粉末涂料的特点 ,并从优化涂膜性能的角度研究了粉末涂料原料的选择和使用情况。从羧基聚酯树脂—异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯 (TGIC)体系纯聚酯粉末涂料配方设计入手 ,研究了基料、填料、助剂对其涂膜物理机械性能 (耐冲击力、柔韧性、倾斜流动性、硬度、附着力、抗UV老化等 )的影响 。
Features of powder coating are introduced briefly,the choice and the use of material from the coating formulation design of pure polyester powder of carboxypolyester resin and TGIC system influences of backing material filler and assistants on film coating such as physical and mechanical properties,shock resistance,flexibility,inclined fluidity,hardness,adhesion,aging resistance to UV,etc. are studied. The proportion of the material which gives the best performance of film coating is given.
