介绍了国外工业泵的市场前景 ,分析了英国近两年泵的市场走向和美国专业泵生产的特点。从泵的效率提高、泵的新材料、泵的密封、变速泵、计算机在泵上的应用等几个方面分析了国外工业泵的发展趋势。运用生命周期的概念分析泵在整个使用中各种费用 ,提高泵的使用效率 ;应用复合热塑料制造摩擦部件来提高泵的功能及效率 ;在新材料方面介绍了新的非金属材料的使用 ,例如PFA、ETFE ,PVDF都是卓越耐腐蚀材料 ;由于环保要求 ,着重发展各种无密封泵 ,磁力泵已解决了低效率、内轴泵寿命短、干运转的固有问题 ,应用领域正在拓宽 ;恒速泵在使用中的局限性 ,用变频调速的方法来发展变速泵。简述了国外某些领域如半导体、食品工业。
The market perspective of oversea pumps was described. The pumps market of England in two years was analyzed. The future trend of pumps market in England and the characteristics of America were discussed. The development trends of pumps were discussed from the aspects such as efficiency,new materials,seal, pumps of varying speed and computer applications. The overhead of pumps was analyzed by using life cycle. For how to improve the pump's efficiency, using thermalplastic materials to make friction parts was introduced. For new materials,the use of new non-metal material was discussed. For instance ,PFA,ETFE,FVDF are all erosion assist materials. Due to environment pollution problem sealed pumps grows quickly. The magnetic-driven pumps are applied widely. The application of pumps in some fields such as in food industry was briefly described too.
