摘要
本文测定了经2D(DMDHEU)整理棉织物的FT—IR光谱及其导数谱,FT—IR谱图中在1700cm^(-1)处有一个肩峰,这是由整理剂2D与基质纤维素峰叠加而产生的,作者提出了采用求其导数谱的方法,对棉织物上的2D整理剂进行定量测定。
The derivative infrared spectra of cotton fabrics treated with dimethylol dihydroxyethylene urea (DMDHEU) are obtained by using Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrophotometric method. It can be observed that there is a shoulder peak at 1700cm_(-1)wave length on the band, which is caused by the overlapping of peaks of 2D and cellulose. The derivative spectroscopic technique mentioned in this paper enables the separation of overlapping peaks. The authors conclude that there is a linear relationship between peak area and concentration of finishing agent and nitrogen content on the fabrics. By using the method of derivative spectra, combined with integration of peak area, the retention amount of 2D on the fabrics can be quantitatively determined.
