摘要
本文介绍了纤维折射率及双折射的偏光显微镜和干涉显微镜的测定原理和方法,并对高速纺丝PET纤维横断面上折射率的分布及其与纤维结构的关系进行了讨论,当纺速在7000m/min以上时,PET高速纺丝纤维呈现明显的断面不均一构造,其外层取向度高,内层取向度低,双折射的最大差值可达60×10^(-3)。
In this paper, the principle and method of refractive index and birefringence for determining fiber by polarized microscope and interference microscope have been introduced. The distribution of refractive index on the
cross section of fiber obtained by high speed spinning and the relation between that and fiber structure have been
discussed. When the spinning speed is over 7000m / min, the cross section of PET fiber clearly exhibits non-uniform structrue; the outer orientation degree is high, the inner orientation degree is low, the largest differential data of birefringence can attain to 60 ×10^(-3).
