硒是动物必需的微量元素 ,硒以硒半胱氨酸和硒蛋氨酸两种形式存在于硒蛋白中 ,硒通过硒蛋白影响动物机体的自由基代谢、抗氧化功能、免疫功能、生殖功能。
Selenium is an essential trace element of animals. Selenium exists in forms of Selenocysteine and Selenomethionine in Selenoprotein. Selenium takes its biological effects by influencing the metabolism of free radical, antioxidation, immunity, reproduction, apoptosis and endocrine hormone through selenoprotein in the organism body.
