日粮中添加柠檬酸对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 选用日龄相同、平均体质量相近的大白×长白断奶仔猪 32头 ,采用完全随机区组设计分成 4个处理。对照组饲喂基础日粮 ,试验 1、2、3组 ,分别在基础日粮中添加 1 %、1 .5 %和 2 %柠檬酸。结果表明 :在 1 8d试验期内 ,试验组比对照组仔猪的平均日增体质量分别提高 9%、1 3.8%和1 5 .4% ,其中添加 2 %柠檬酸的试验组与对照组平均日增重差异显著 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;料肉比分别降低6.7%、9.1 %和 1 0 % ;每 kg增重饲料成本分别下降 1 .6%、1 .8%和 1 .3% ,并且添加柠檬酸显著降低了仔猪腹泻。试验结果显示以添加 2 %柠檬酸的试验组生产成绩和经济效益最好。 weaning of Changbai cross Dabai, which have same age and similar weight,was used in this study,and divided into 4 groups by completely random.The piglets of control group were fed with basic diet,and piglets of exprimental group1,2 and 3 were fed with diets those were added citrate respectively by 1.0%,1.5% and 2.0% into basic diet.The results indicated that in 18 days of experimental period,ADG (average daily gain) of experimental group 1,2 and 3 were higher than that of control group by 9.0%,13.8% and 15.4% respectively,and group 3(2.0% citrate) reached significant difference (p<0.05=;Gain feed ratio of experimental groups were raised by 6.7%,9.1% and 10%; feed cost of per kilogram gain were lower by 1.6%,1.8% and 1.3%,and citrate have obvious effect on reducing ddiarrhoea ratio of piglet.This study showed that adding 2.0% citrate made thae best productivity and profit.
