摘要
目的 探讨表面麻醉白内障超声乳化及人工晶状体植入术的安全性及有效性。方法 观察128例(148眼)单用表面麻醉白内障超声乳化及人工晶状体植入术的麻醉和手术效果及并发症。结果 患者均能很好地配合手术顺利完成,仅2眼因结膜瘢痕,出现较明显的疼痛。术后1天及1周视力≥0.5者分别为81.97％及92.62％,无严重的并发症。结论 表面麻醉白内障超声乳化是安全有效的,二者结合使手术更快捷、安全、术后恢复更快。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of topical anesthesia for cataract phacoemulsification and IOL implantation. Methods The effect of topical anesthesia and operations, the complications were surveyed in 148 eyes of 128 patients of cataract phacoemulsification and IOL implantation. Results All patients could cooperate well with the surgeons during surgery. Only 2 eyes of 2 patients with the conjuctiva scar feeled very pain,but could tolerate the operation by additional topical anethesia.The naked and corrected vision ≥0.5 were 81.97% and 92.62% respectively one day and one week after operation.None of significant complications occured in the course. Conclusion Topical anesthesia can used safely and effectively for phacoemulsification and the operation can be carried out more rapidly and more safely, health is restored much more rapidly by connection of both.
