摘要
2-(2,2-二苯乙烯基)吡啶在醇(ROH)溶剂中以钯—炭为催化剂,在催化氢化条件下发生氢化和N-烷基化反应,再与酸作用生成1—烷基-2-(2,2-二环己基乙基)哌啶盐。应用8个不同的饱和醇(ROH)作溶剂,分别合成了8个相应的化合物。讨论了反应的历程。
2-(2, 2-diphenylethenyl) pyridine underwent hydrogenation and N-alkylation under the condition of catalytic hydrogenation in the presence of an alcohol (ROH) as the solvent and Pd-C as a catalyst, and then reacted with an acid to form l-alkyl-2-(2, 2-dicyclohexylethyl) piperidinium salt. Using eight saturated alcohols as the solvents produced eight compounds separately. The reaction mechanism was discussed.
