摘要
目的 探讨米索前列醇用于孕晚期催引产的效果。方法 选择我院 2 0 0 0年 7～ 11月足月正常妊娠 ,可经阴道分娩的孕妇 116例 ,分三组 :研究组 :46例 ,分次舌下含服米索前列醇 (米索 ) 2 5～ 10 0μg ;对照组 1:2 3例 ,舌下含服米索 2 5 μg及催产素 2 .5U静脉滴注 ;对照组 2 :47例 ,单纯给予催产素 2 .5U静脉滴注。结果 研究组总产程明显小于对照组 (t =2 .12 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,且产后出血量较对照组少 (t=2 .0 9,P <0 .0 5 ) ,差异具有显著性。余各项指标无统计学差异。结论 适量米索用于孕晚期催引产安全、价廉、方便 。
Objective To investigate the effect of moderate misoprostol on artificial labor in the third trimester of pregnancy.Methods 116 pregnant women of full term pregnancy who could deliver via vagina,hospitalized in our hospital from July to November 2000,were involved in the study.The pregnant women were randomly divided into three groups.In study group (n=46) midoprostol was orally taken,divisibly 25～100 μg;in control group 1 (n=23) misoprostol 25 μg was taken orally and pitocin was given by intravenous infusion;in control group 2 (n=47) pitocin 2.5 μg was given by intravenous infusion.Results The labor duration in study group was significantly shorter than that of control group (P<0.05) and the postpartum hemorrhage in study group was obviously less than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The moderate misoprotol can be used in artificial labor in the third trimester of pregnancy,which is safe,cheap and convenient for clinical application.
