摘要
目的 观察改良Colonna手术治疗发育性髋脱位的远期疗效。方法 12 0例 (15 0个髋关节 )采用髋臼扩创、股骨头复位和关节囊紧缩缝合。术后石膏固定 6～ 8周 ,加以手法锻炼和自行不负重活动髋关节4周。结果 优 116髋 ,良 2 4髋 ,可 3髋 ,差 7髋。结论 改良Colonna手术是治疗发育性髋脱位的有效方法。
Objective To observe the long term efficacy of modified Colonna's procedure for developemental dislocation of the hip.Methods Acetabulum enlarging,fememel head reduction and capsule tight suturing were carried out in 120 cases(150 hips) with developental dislocation of the hip.Cast immoblization of hip was apllied postoperatively for 6～8 weeks.Physiotherapy was then performed for 4 weeks.Results The results were excellent in 116 hips,good in 24 hips,moderate in 3 hips,and poor in 7 hips according to Zhou Yongde and Ji Shiju's criterion for congential dislocation of the hip operated.Conclusion The modified Colonna's procedure is an effecfive method for treating developmental dislocation of the hip.
