摘要
介绍了火焰原子吸收光谱法 (FAAS)测定矿区农田镉污染土壤、苎麻样品中镉的分析方法 ,讨论了在环境镉污染土地上种植苎麻等植物在污染土壤改良和利用中的作用。方法准确、简便、快速。测定镉的最低检测浓度为 0 0 0 9μg·mL- 1,相对标准偏差为 0 61 % ,回收率在 97%~1 0 2 %之间。应用于环境镉污染区苎麻、土壤样品的测定 。
A method for the determination of cadmium in mineral Cd polluted soil and ramie samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)was developed.The role of Cd riched plant,such as ramie in Cd polluted soil,in amelioration of soils was discussed.The results show that the method is accurate,simple and rapid with no interference.The detection limit is 0 009 μg·mL -1 .The relative standard deviation is 0 61% and the recovery is 97%~102%.It has been applied to the determination of cadmium in mineral Cd polluted soil and ramie samples,and a good agreement was achieved.
