摘要
本文研究了顺式和反式蒎烷-2,3-二醇的制备,研究了它们在酸性条件下的重排反应。并得到了一个从2-羟基蒎-3-酮高产率地制备顺式蒎烷-2,3-二醇的方法。
cis-and trans-Pinan-2,3-diols (2 and 3) were prepared by the reduction of 2-hydrox-ypinan-3-one(1) with NaBH4 or LiAlH4. And it was found that, the cis-diol can be pr-epared exclusively in high yields by the reduction of 1 with Grignard reagent EtMgBr (71%) or i-PrMgCl (85.5%). The rearrangement of these two diols in 20% H2SO4, a new fenchanediol (5) from the cis- and pinol (4) from the trans-diol were obtained respectively.
