摘要
规范化的数据接口可以实现作者开发的基于Bezier曲面形式的自由曲面前照灯设计系统与其它通用的CAD CAM系统之间的数据通讯。基于计算机辅助几何设计 (CAGD)的有关原理 ,实现了Bezier曲面形式下的曲面网格空间点坐标向控制顶点坐标的反算 ,完成了曲面从Bezier形式向NURBS形式的转换 ,从而可将调整好并且达到配光要求的曲面网格以标准的IGES文件格式输出 ,以供其它CAD CAM系统使用。
Free form headlamp is currently one of most popular front lamps in the world.It has the advantage of low position and high performance of aerodynamic.A standard data interface could gurarantee the precision exchange of data information between our design system of FFR and other CAD/CAM systems.Using the CAGD technics,the authors realize the Bezier reversing from space points to control points and the surface conversion from Bezier to NURBS so that the system could import and export data in IGES.\;
