摘要
引进外资是加速西部开发的重要途径。所处经济时期的特殊性和地区内部的差异性决定了西部引进外资战略的复杂性和多样性 ,为此引进外资战略措施的制定要充分考虑国内市场、国际市场、地区市场的特点 ,全面认识西部地区引进外资的必然性、长期性和渐进性 ,提出合理的、可行的、高效的战略措施 ,使西部地区引进外资这项工作能够深入、持久、健康地进行下去 ,从而带动全国经济的持续、快速、高质量地增长。
Importing of foreign funds is an important pathway to speed up the process of exploitation of western region, the particularity and otherness of the phase determine the complexity and diversity of the strategic measures, so, we should consider the characteristic of domestic market, international market, and regional market, fully recognizes the inevitability of importing foreign funds in this region, and bring forward the reasonable, feasible, and high efficiency measures, to bring along the increase of national economy
