摘要
以铝 硅系天然矿物 蜡石和天然石墨为原料,通过碳热还原法原位合成了莫来石 碳化硅系复合材料·并对合成复合材料的韧性、抗压强度和抗渣侵蚀性能进行了测定·研究结果表明,通过向蜡石中添加适量的天然石墨,并将蜡石和天然石墨的混合物在氩气气氛下加热到1550℃以上时,可以很容易地合成莫来石 碳化硅系复合材料;原位还原合成的碳化硅多呈球状,颗粒粒径在1μm左右且均匀地分布在生成的莫来石相中;与单一的莫来石材料相比较,合成的莫来石-碳化硅系复合材料的韧性、抗压强度和抗渣侵蚀性能明显提高·
?By using Aland Si containing natural pyrophyllite and natural graphite,mullitesiliconcarbide composite materials were synthesized with insitu carbothermal reduction reaction method. The toughness,strength and corrosion resistance of the synthesized mullitesiliconcarbide composite materials were investigated. The results show that the mullitesiliconcarbide composite materials can be easily manufactured by adding the natural graphite powder to the pyrophyllite and heating the admixtures in argon atmosphere over 1?550?℃. The microstructure observation shows that the siliconcarbide phase has spherical shape,and is welldistributed in the mullite matrix and the siliconcarbide particle size is around 1?μm. The toughness,strength and corrosion resistance of the mullitesiliconcarbide composite materials are all improved compared with the mullite material.
