无镍高氮奥氏体钢焊接接头氮含量的预测

摘要 针对 32Mn -7Cr -0 .6Mo -0 .3N氮强化奥氏体钢 ,采用TIG焊接方法研究了焊缝中氮含量与保护气氛中氮气添加比例的关系 。 In this paper the relationship between N content in weld metal and perceutage of N in shielding gas was investigated for 32Mn-7Cr-0.6Mo-0.3N austenitic steel welded by TIG welding, and based on the Sieverts law the mathematical modeling of this relationship was found.
