摘要
结合部是数个不同子系统中的相关要素,为实现特定功能所构成的诸要素的集合。铁路运输结合部管理已在铁路运输生产中得到推广和应用。本文针对结合部管理评价这一问题,从组织、协调、控制、信息、效果5个方面入手,建立了多层次、多目标的指标体系,并把各项指标分为结构化、半结构化、非结构化3类进行量化处理,在评价中取得了满意的结果。
In this paper, through a detail analysis of contents for evaluating jointparts managements, a multi-goal and multi-level criteria system is established. The criteria of this system are quantified after classified them as structured, semistructured, and non-structured. A satisfactory result of evaluation is obtained.
