摘要
本文分析了铁路运输和汽车运输对城市环境的主要作用途径和交通污染水平的影响因素;提出了枢纽货运站布局及作业分工优化过程中环境评价指标(大气污染和噪声污染水平及其经济损害)的定量计算方法;分析了环境指标的引入对优化结果的影响及可能获得经济、社会和环境的综合效益。
The primary ways in which railway transport and highway transport have effects on urban environment and factors affecting traffic pollution level are discussed. A quantitative calculating method of environment——evaluating indices (air and noise pollution level, with economic losses caused by them) in optimizing arrangement and division of goods stations in railway junction is proposed and the effects on optimized results by introducting environment——evaluating indices and economic, social and environmental comprehensive effects possibly obtained are analyzed.
