摘要
针对我国现行公司立法 ,提出在小股东保护方面存在的不足 ,同时借鉴了外国先进的相关法律制度 ,对我国小股东保护立法提出了若干建议。
In view of the current company lawmaking of our country,the article advances the lacks existed in the protection of small shareholders, draws lessons from the related and advanced law system of foreign country at the same time, and gives some, suggestions on the lawmaking of protecting the small shareholders rights.
