The 21st century is the era that knowledge economy is booming rapidly. As an important component of enterprise's value management, the financial administration is impacted by knowledge economy for its practice. We should carry on the financial management innovation according to the knowledge economy's influence on financial management idea, goal and target, content,structure and the way to manage money.
