摘要
从渤海湾岛屿上的天然植被根围土壤中分离到丛枝菌根真菌7属35种, 其中无柄囊霉属Acaulospora5种,原囊霉属Archaespora1种,内养囊霉属 Entrophospora 1种,球囊霉属Glomus属18种,巨孢囊霉属 Gigaspora3种, 类球囊霉属Paraglomus属1种,盾巨孢囊霉属Scutellospora6种。群生盾巨孢囊霉Scutellospora gregaria和易误巨孢囊霉Gigaspora decipiens为我国的新记录种。标本保藏于莱阳农学院菌根生物技术实验室。
Thirty-five species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in 7 genus, including 5 of Acaulospora, 1 of Archaespora, 1 of Entrophospora, 18 of Glomus, 3 of Gigaspora, 1 of Paraglomus and 6 of Scutellospora, were isolated from rhizosphere of wild plants grown in the islands of the Bohai Bay. Among them, Gigaspora decipiens and Scutellospora gregaria are new records in China. Type specimen is kept in Mycorrhiza Laborary, Laiyang Agricultural College.
