摘要
构建诚信社会是深化市场经济发展和加入WTO的要求 ,而目前我国各行各业、甚至全社会的信用状况堪忧 ,信用失范触目惊心。整个社会存在的信用危机 ,已经严重地困扰着企业经营和市场经济秩序 ,成为制约我国经济发展的突出瓶颈之一。要构建诚信社会 ,必须先构建诚信政府 。
Establishing a believable society is a demand to deepen the development of market oriented economy and join WTO However the credit situation in all trades and professions even in the whole society worries us The lost of the credit is shocking Credit crisis existing in the whole society has not only perplexed the business operation and the sequence of market oriented economy but also become one of the notable problems restricting our economic development We must establishing a believable government before setting up a believable society and legal system building and punishing means according to law will be the most important of all
