摘要
香芸火绒草 (L eontopodium haplophylloides)主要分布在中国西部。采其当年生茎、叶、花不同部位 ,分别经水蒸气蒸馏法蒸馏提取 ,得黄棕色芳香油 ,其得率为 0 .1 % ,经气相色谱 /质谱联用技术测试分析。鉴定出愈创醇、甲酸香草酯、苯二酸双酯、十六烷酸、芳樟醇、香叶醛、姜黄烯等化合物。对香芸火绒草浸膏香气作了香型评定 ,其为清灵花香。
The Leontopodium haplophylloides is mainly distributed in the west of China.The essential oil is extracted by steam distillation from its stem,leaf,flower by GS/MS.The yield of the oil was 0.1%.The main compounds:guaiacol,vanillyl formate,diacidbenzene (2 ethylmethoxyl) diester,hexadecane acid,linalool,geranial,curcumene etc.And aroma type of the plant has also been identified,as Qinglinghua aroma.
