转化生长因子β_1刺激蛋白多糖的合成

摘要 本文检查了转化生长因子β_1(TGFβ_1)对基础培养下的牛肾上腺皮质细胞硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖(HSPG)合成的调节作用,发现TGFβ_1对HSPG的合成具有强大的刺激作用。在该细胞合成的三种不均一的HSPG中,尤以对大分子HSPG合成的刺激作用为著。因这种大分子HSPG同碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)具有很强的亲合力,且牛肾上腺皮质细胞存在有TGFβ_1和bFGF两种因子的靶部位,故本结果提示该细胞生理生化机能的发挥可能有赖于这两种因子的相互作用。 In this study,we examined the action of transforming growth factor β1(TGFβ1) on the synthesis of bovine adrenocortical cell heparan sulfate proteoglycans (HSPG). It was found that TGFβ1 strongly stimulated the HSPG synthesis. Among the three heterogenous HSPG synthetized by bovine adrenocortical cell,TGFβ1 preferably increased the synthesis of the largest molecular HSPG. This largest HSPG was of a strong affinity for basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and there were targets for TGFβ1 and bFGF on the surface of bovine adrenocortical cell. This results suggest that the interaction between the two growth factors can regulate the physiological and biochemical function of adrenocortical cell.
