摘要
分析了WTO的《服务贸易总协定》 ,指出加入WTO后西部高等教育面临着市场开放的挑战 ,并提出了相应的应对措施。
The article analyses the materials related WTO(GATS) clauses,The challenge which the author points out of China's entry into WTO to high education in western is market access.Proposals are also put forward.
