摘要
一个简单的基于碱基对堆砌的热力学计算方法确定茄子斑纹病毒RNA3′末端假结结构的稳定性。RNA分子内可能的碱基配对区域形成的自由能可以通过计算△G释放值和需要值的综合求得。作为计算自由能的一个例子是EMV RNA3′末端假结结构,如果它有不同的结构形式。且其自由能值分别为△G=-115.5kJ/mol和-65.7kJ/mol,那么,前者是比较可能的存在形式。
A simple method for estimating the stability of Pseudoknotted structure of 3' end of the eggplant mosaic virus ( EMV ) RNA has been Proposed on the basis of the thermodynamic knowledge of base pairs stacking.The free energy of formation for a potential base-Paired region can be calculated by summing the ΔG values released(by base-pair formatipn)or demaned(to maintain single-stranded regions in a restricted conformation ) .An example of a free energy calcula
tion is shown in the pseudoknotted structure of 3' end of the EMV RNA.Thus
if there are alterative structures whose formations have free energy values of ΔG, -115.5 or-65.3 kJ/mol, the former would be more likely to be formed.
