摘要
采用 DSC、在位红外、X射线衍射分析和高压毛细管流变等方法研究了尼龙 6/氯化钙复合物的结晶和流变行为。DSC和在位红外实验结果表明 ,随氯化钙含量增加 ,尼龙 6的结晶度逐渐降低 ,结晶温度也逐渐降低 ,这与结晶成核剂的作用机理相反。X射线衍射实验结果显示 ,随氯化钙含量增加 ,尼龙 6晶粒尺寸和晶面间距都逐渐减小。以上结果是因为钙离子和尼龙 6羰基的络合作用破坏了尼龙 6原有氢键 ,使分子链规整排列减弱 ,氯离子和胺基的氢键作用缩短了分子链间距。高压毛细管流变实验结果显示 ,随氯化钙含量增加 ,尼龙 6熔体粘度逐渐增加 ,这也和氯化钙与尼龙 6产生相互作用使尼龙
The confined structure behavior of nylon 6/calcium chloride complex was studied by means of DSC, Insitu FT-IR, WAXD and high pressure capillary rheometer. The result shows that as the content of calcium chloride increases, the crystallinity decreases gradually, the nylon 6 crystallization temperature also decreases gradually by the DSC and Insitu FT-IR, that is different from nucleator; the grain size and d value (d 200) decreases gradually by WAXD, that is because calcium ions interact with oxagen atoms of the amide group, partial hydrogen bonds are destroyed, the molecular regular arrange decreases, chloride ions interact with amido, that results in reducing the space of molecular chains. The study also shows the viscosity of nylon 6 increases gradually as the content of calcium chloride increases, which also agree with the strong interaction between calcium chloride and nylon 6 increasing the friction of nylon 6 molecular chains.
