摘要
用丙二酸二乙酯钾作为环氧乙烷 ( EO)开环聚合的阴离子引发剂 ,成功地引发了 EO的开环聚合 ,合成了一种新型 α-丙二酸二乙酯基 - ω-甲基丙烯酰基聚氧乙烯 ( PEO)大单体 ;在此基础上 ,又考察了此大单体与小分子丙烯酰胺 ( AM)共聚情况 ,得到了 PAM- g- PEO的接枝共聚物 ,大单体及共聚物经纯化后 ,用 IR、1H- NMR、VPO、GPC、DSC等进行了表征 ,证实了产物有预期的接枝共聚物结构 。
Diethyl malonate sylvine, which was first adopted as anion initiator for EO′s ring- opening polymerization, has successfully initiated EO′s polymerization. A new kind of PEO-α-diethyl malonate-ω-methylacryloyl poly(ethylene oxide) macromonomer was synthesized. On the base of which, copolymerization of PEO macromonomer and acrylamide(AM) with AIBN as initiator was sequentially explored, the product of PAM-g-PEO graft was obtained. After purified, macromonomer and copolymer were characterized with IR, 1H-NMR, VPO, DSC and GPC instrument. The anticipated structure on products was convinced. Simultaneously the corresponding conditions of polymerization were studied.
