摘要
研究了以甘蔗渣为主要原料制造农用地膜的工艺技术。通过研究制备黏胶时NaOH用量、CS2 用量、溶解用水量以及黄酸化条件对黏胶品质的影响 ,确定制备黏胶的最佳工艺 ;通过研究成膜过程中凝固浴H2 SO4浓度、脱硫浴NaOH浓度、增塑剂用量等对薄膜物理强度的影响 ,确定了成膜的最佳工艺。在土壤中的降解试验结果表明 ,该种地膜能完全降解。
Preparation technology of mulch sheet made from bagasse was studied.By studying effects of the amount of NaOH,CS 2 and dissolving water and xanthation conditions on the viscose quality,the optimal technology of viscose-making was obtained.By studying the effects of H 2SO 4 concentration in coagulating bath,NaOH concentration in desulfurating bath and plastifier content on the physical strength of mulch sheet,the optimal sheet forming technology was found out.And the degrading performance test of mulch sheet indicates that this mulch sheet is entirely degradable in soil.
