摘要
夏天无为罂粟科植物伏生紫堇Corydalis decumbens (Thunb.) Pers.的干燥块茎,是我国常用中草药,有活血通络、行气止痛之功效,用于中风偏瘫、跌打损伤、风湿性关节炎和坐骨神经痛等[1,2],现代药学研究认为其主要有效部位为生物碱[2,3].
AIM To study on the anticholinesterase active constituents of the rhizoma ofCorydalis decumbens. METHODS Various chromatography techniques were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents. Their structures were elucidated by UV, IR, MS, ~1HNMR and ~ 13CNMR spectral analyses. Their anticholinesterase activity was measured with Ellman method. RESULTS Five compounds were identified as tetrahydropalmatine (I), protopine (II), bicuculine (III), sculerine (IV) and dehydrocorydaline (V). Compounds II and III possessed the action of anticholinesterase activity. CONCLUSION Protopine (II) is the one of main anticholinesterase active constituents of the rhizoma ofCorydalis decumbens.
